My goal for the winter is to get over my fear of the serger. I’ve bought some really cool knits and I’ve actually done some sketching (which is something I don’t do often but I figure that if I am going to be on Project Runway one day I need to work on my sketching). The only thing holding me back from the best hooded dress ever is my fear of the serger. Sure I could sew knits on my sewing machine. But it won’t give me the finish edges that a serger will.
